2. Order, order acknowledgement and order acceptance
Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. Orbiloc therefore has the option to cancel your order as a result of printing errors, technical problems, out-of-stock products and similar situations. A binding order confirmation/invoice will only be sent to you once we have dispatched the goods you have ordered. When you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an e-mail from which it appears which goods you have ordered. We are simply confirming that we received your order. Please note that the automatic response (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation whereby an agreement has been concluded.
The agreement is only binding when you have received an e-mail from Orbiloc with information that we have dispatched the item. The money will be reserved in your account once you have approved the payment, but no money will be withdrawn from your account until you have received a confirmation and the item has been dispatched. Orbiloc keeps a copy of the agreement, which will be forwarded on request.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment cards on orbiloc.com: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
We use 3D Secure authentication, which may ask you to verify your identity during checkout to prevent unauthorized transactions.Payment data is handled using tokenization, ensuring your card details are never exposed.
All communication is protected with HTTPS/TLS encryption, keeping your information safe during transmission.
4. Shipping / delivery
Orders will be delivered within approximately 3-8 working days, depending on the chosen delivery method. Orbiloc offers shipping of products purchased on our website to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway**, Poland, Portugal*, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain*, Sweden, Switzerland**.
* Mainland only: Shipping is available only to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal.
** Norway and Switzerland: Orders are shipped without VAT. Customers are responsible for paying VAT, customs duties, and any import fees directly to local authorities in their country.

We use the following delivery methods:
- GLS – Delivery to private addresses, business addresses, or GLS ParcelShops, depending on the country. Signature/ID may be required.
- GLS EuroBusiness Parcel – GLS determines whether the shipment is considered business or private. Business shipments are delivered directly to the business address. Private shipments may be routed to a GLS Service Point for collection.
- PostNord – Delivery to private addresses, business addresses, or PostNord ParcelShops, depending on the country. Standard PostNord shipments do not include track & trace unless specified at checkout.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, parcel weight, and delivery method. The exact shipping cost (including VAT where applicable) will be shown in the check-out process for your country.
When you or someone else has received the package physically, you take over responsibility for the package.
Delivery time
All orders placed before 12:00 (CET) will normally be packed and dispatched the same day. Orders are delivered within approx. 3–8 working days, depending on the chosen delivery method. NOTE: Although it is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. If no specific delivery time is agreed, delivery will be made within 30 days at the latest, in line with EU rules.
Business/Working Days
We can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which is Monday.
Shipping with GLS
If you have chosen delivery to a private or business address, it is not possible to deliver without a signature.
Delivery to private or business address
If delivery is unsuccessful at the receiving address, GLS will deliver the parcel to a GLS ParcelShop or depot. The recipient will be informed of this. After 7 calendar days, GLS returns the package to the sender.
GLS can deliver to any adult person at the receiving address. If delivered to a reception or mail room, it is the recipient’s responsibility to forward the parcel internally.
Delivery to business address
Deliveries can only be made to business addresses with this shipping method. GLS usually delivers before 14:00 the following working day.
GLS expects that at the business address (from which the primary business is run) there is either a receiver present minimum 6 hours a day between 07:00–17:00 at least 4 working days a week, or a permanent power of attorney associated with the address.
Shipping damage
If you can see that the package is damaged on the outside before you sign for receipt, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package due to damaged packaging. It will then be returned to us. And then we will take care of the matter with GLS. And make sure to send a new package to you when the other one has returned.
If the contents are damaged but the shipping box is intact, as well as if the box has been damaged in transit, you must write an email to shop@orbiloc.com.
The email must contain the following:
- Order or invoice number
- Photo of the box with contents and package filling
- Photo of all surfaces on the outside of the box
- Photo where you can see the package label on the box
- Photo of box inside
- Photo of the damage to the product.
Please notify us of any transport damage as soon as possible after delivery—ideally within a few days—and keep the packaging and contents for inspection. Please attach photos of the outer/inner packaging, the label and the damaged item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Return/cancellation
You have 14 days from the day you (or a person you designate) take physical possession of the goods to withdraw from the contract.
Please notify us of your decision to withdraw (e.g., by email to shop@orbiloc.com or by using our the standard return form). You then have 14 days from the date of your notice to send the goods back.
You may handle the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning as you would in a physical store. If handling goes beyond that, we may deduct any diminished value from your refund. Original packaging is not a requirement, but please return items securely packaged.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (if any). We do not refund any extra delivery costs arising from a delivery option more expensive than our standard delivery.
Refunds are made within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you supply proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Costs of return: You pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
Note: We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

6. Claims
When you shop at orbiloc.com from an EU-country you have 24 (twenty-four) months right of claim.
This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, a refund or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course, it is a requirement that the claim is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behaviors.
Orbiloc will basically always try to repair the item in the first place.

You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you claim as soon as possible. If you claim within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim will always be timely.

If return is needed, please include a short description of the defect and your order/invoice number. Pack the item securely and obtain a proof of postage.
If damage occurred in transit, notify us as soon as possible and attach photos of the parcel (inside/outside), the label and the damage.

When you return a product, please write a note with a detailed claim description and your contact information. Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with order information in the package when returning goods. It is not a requirement, but it lets us quickly identify the returned item.
NOTE: We do not accept packages sent with COD (Cash on Delivery).
Remember that the product must always be returned in a protective packaging. Get a receipt of dispatch. Then you will be indemnified if your package unfortunately disappears during transport.

7. Privacy policy
For you to enter into an agreement/order with us on orbiloc.com we need the following information:
- Name
- Address + zip code / town
- Country
- Phone
- E-mail address
- Delivery method
- Payment method
- Information about the IP address from which the purchase was made
- Information about what you have purchased and any returned
- Any information about inquiries and complaints
We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. Here you can read more about how your information is processed, when it is deleted and what rights you have as a registered person.
8. Legal foundations
Danish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

9. Disclaimer
The Orbiloc web shop reserves the right for any fee changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from sub-suppliers.
