You have 14 (fourteen) days to cancel and return your order in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal.

If you buy products as Christmas gifts, please note this in the comment field during checkout. Your cancellation right will then automatically be extended to 15 January (only available for products bought in November and December).

Please always inform us before sending back your order. You can use our return form or write an email to shop @ orbiloc.com with your order number or invoice number.

Your cancellation right starts on the day you receive your order. You must send the product back to us within 14 (fourteen) days after you have notified us of your decision to use your cancellation right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

The only cost you have when returning your order is the return shipping cost and any credit card fee.
Note: We do not accept packages sent with COD (Cash on Delivery).

Please enclose a copy of your invoice or a note with order information. This is not a requirement but helps us identify your return quickly.

Your rights and obligations when exercising your right of return/cancellation:

• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel.
• The product must be returned within 14 days after you notified us.
• You must pay the cost of returning the product.
• Any credit card fee will not be refunded.
• You bear the risk of the product during return shipment; we recommend a track & trace service.
• You are liable for any depreciation in value caused by use beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning (as in a physical store).
• Depreciation is typically calculated as the difference between the new price and the resale price.

Sale Items
Discounted/sale items are also covered by your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. Outside this right, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want another product, please place a new order.
