WHERE WE DELIVER

We ship orders placed on this website to:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway**, Poland, Portugal*, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain*, Sweden, Switzerland**.

  • Mainland only: Shipping is available only to mainland Spain and mainland Portugal.
  • Norway and Switzerland: Orders are shipped without VAT. Customers are responsible for paying VAT, customs duties, and any import fees directly to local authorities in their country.

DELIVERY METHODS

We work with both our own GLS agreements and GLS services via Shipmondo. The available shipping options depend on the destination country and parcel weight.

  • GLS – Delivery to private addresses, business addresses, or GLS ParcelShops, depending on the country. Signature/ID may be required.
  • GLS EuroBusiness Parcel (available in selected countries)
    – GLS determines whether a shipment is considered business or private.
    – Business shipments → delivered directly to the business address.
    – Private shipments → recipient might be asked to collect the parcel at a GLS Service Point.
  • PostNord – Delivery to private addresses, business addresses, or PostNord ParcelShops, depending on the country.

The delivery method offered depends on which shipping service is available for your country. You can always see offered method in the check-out process for your country.

SHIPPING COSTS & VAT

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, parcel weight, and delivery method.
The exact shipping cost (including VAT where applicable) will be shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

For Norway and Switzerland, no VAT is charged on our webshop. Local VAT, customs duties, and import fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery.


DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIME

  • Orders placed on working days before 12:00 (CET) are normally dispatched the same working day.
  • Typical delivery time: approx. 3–8 working days, depending on method and destination.
  • Although we aim to deliver within the timeframes above, dates are not guaranteed as deliveries are handled by third-party carriers.
  • If no specific delivery time is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days at the latest, in line with EU rules.


WORKING DAYS

Working days are Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend dispatch on the next working day.


GLS DELIVERY SPECIFICS

  • If no one can sign at the address, GLS may route the parcel to a GLS ParcelShop or depot and notify the recipient. If uncollected, it may be returned after 7 calendar days.
  • GLS can deliver to an adult at the address. If delivered to a reception/mail room, the recipient is responsible for internal forwarding.
  • GLS expects that at the business address (from which the primary business is run) there is either a receiver present minimum 6 hours a day between 7-17.00 at least 4 working days a week, or a permanent power of attorney associated with the address.


PASSING OF RISK

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods, in accordance with EU law.
If we do not offer this anymore it should be deleted

SHIPPING DAMAGE

  • If the parcel looks externally damaged on delivery, you may refuse it so it returns to us for replacement.
  • If contents are damaged or parts are missing, please email shop @ orbiloc.com The email must contain the following:
    • Order or invoice number
    • Photo of the box with contents and package filling
    • Photo of all surfaces on the outside of the box
    • Photo where you can see the package label on the box
    • Photo of box inside
    • Photo of the damage to the product
  • Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can investigate with the carrier quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
