All Orbiloc Safety Lights are covered by the 2-year statutory guarantee that applies to EU consumers, regardless of registration. Consumers outside the EU are covered by the statutory rights in their country of purchase.

In addition, Orbiloc offers a voluntary 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on Orbiloc Safety Lights. Accessories are not covered by this extended warranty. If a light fails due to material and/or manufacturing defects, or fails in accordance with its specification, within 3 years from the date of purchase, Orbiloc will repair or replace the product with as little inconvenience to the customer as possible.

To benefit from the voluntary 3-year warranty:

• The product must be registered at orbiloc.com/warranty within 30 days of purchase.
• The purchase receipt and warranty certificate must be presented.

The warranty certificate applies to one product only. Each product must be registered separately. The dates on the purchase receipt and warranty certificate must match.

Warranty cases are always handled in accordance with our current warranty conditions.
This voluntary warranty is valid within the EU and European free trade zones and does not affect or replace your statutory consumer rights

Before submitting a warranty claim

Many warranty issues can be solved quickly without repair or replacement. Please check our blogpost guide and our How-to video on YouTube before submitting a claim.

Quick checklist:

• Is the bottom of the light tightened firmly?
• Is the battery pack placed correctly (the arrow on the pack should face upward into the lens)?
• Have you tested with a new battery – the old one might still work?

The warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect use or lack of maintenance
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to abnormal use, incorrect assembly, or accidents
• Repairs attempted by anyone other than Orbiloc
• Use for purposes other than those recommended
• Use of non-original accessories or additional equipment
• Missing purchase receipt or warranty certificate

By registering, you will receive your 3-year Orbiloc warranty certificate by e-mail.
You can also choose to sign up for the Orbiloc newsletter for updates, tips, and special offers. This is optional and does not affect your warranty.
